In our TL program, clients have the opportunity to transition back into independent living while maintaining a structured treatment regimen. Upon transitioning, clients commit to gaining employment and contributing to their rent expenses after the initial month. During this first month, clients focus on securing employment, supported by our staff.

Harbor House was founded in 1992 by a group of 11 families who each had a son or daughter with disabilities aging out of school-system education and daily care. These parents wanted their children to live more fulfilling lives, but saw nothing in existence at the time that could provide such an experience. The Harbor House Inn features 11 options for nightly stays which includes 6 traditional rooms in the main house and 5 standalone cottages for those looking for added privacy. Intensive outpatient consists of at least 9 hours of individual and group counseling—3 hours a day for 3 days a week, for a minimum of 6 weeks, with week course of treatment more likely.
